2024 LAIC Pokemon UNITE
Pokémon Unite LATAM International Championships
Article by: Shivam
The registration process for the Pokémon Unite LATAM International Championships (LAIC) officially closed on October 1st, marking the completion of both registration waves. Initially scheduled for September 17th, 2024, the registration was disrupted due to unforeseen third-party payment issues, which led to only partial completion on that date. To address these challenges, registration was reopened on September 27th and remained open until October 1st to ensure all teams had the opportunity to register.
As previously announced, the Unite Championship Series will commence earlier than usual this season, with LAIC taking place on November 15th, 16th, and 17th. This highly anticipated event will serve as the opening competition for the season, followed closely by the Aeos Cup Play-ins at the end of November.
GaMa, the Official Tournament Director for Pokémon UNITE, recently sparked interest on social media by asking teams to confirm their participation in the upcoming LAIC. Several notable teams have been confirmed, including:
Nouns Esports
DragoUnite Esports
Revenant
Hoenn
Team Growth
With the event capped at 32 teams, fans and participants alike are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the full roster. The tournament promises to be a thrilling display of talent and competition, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead.
At INGAGE, we extend our best wishes to all the teams and look forward to witnessing the high level of competition that LAIC is certain to deliver!
