Article By Shivam
Pokémon UNITE is gearing up for a significant update as Patch 1.18.1.3 is set to release on March 14 at 7 AM UTC. The update, which was leaked on March 13, aims to address community concerns regarding recent balance changes while also implementing crucial bug fixes.
Reverting Overpowered Pokémon Buffs
Several Pokémon that were excessively dominant in the current meta will see their stat growth adjustments reverted to their previous state from Patch 1.18.1.1. These include:
Snorlax
Meowscarada
Absol
Talonflame
Gengar
These Pokémon have been wreaking havoc in competitive and casual play alike, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among players. The decision to roll back their recent buffs comes as a response to overwhelming feedback from the player base.
Bug Fixes and Additional Adjustments
Alongside these balance changes, the update will also address key bugs that have affected gameplay:
Darkrai's Nasty Plot Cooldown Fix: Previously, Darkrai’s Nasty Plot had an extended cooldown after the February 27 update, making it less effective than intended. This issue will be resolved.
Meowscarada’s Unite Move Fix: A bug causing Meowscarada to become immune to hindrances while using its Unite Move, Blooming Showtime!!, has been fixed.
With these changes, Pokémon UNITE aims to bring a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players. Stay tuned for more details as the update goes live!
